Une cabane norvégienne pour profiter des dernières neiges du printemps

Spring is already springing and for many of us it is time to plan sunny weekend breaks and summer holidays. However, if you’re feeling cheated by the past damp English winter and still longing for a taste of puffy snow coupled with long sunny days, then there is a perfect place for you.

The location
Vegglifjell is a peaceful snow sanctuary located an easy 2.5 hour away from Oslo Sandefjord Airport. After a journey taking you through ravishingly lush landscape alternating forests, lakes and farms, discover Trytsjaa set in a pristine and preserved mountain area tucked away from busy roads and pollution, a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the snow until May.

The décor
Unlike most rustic Nordic cabins, Trytsjaa oozes with personality shaped by its owners Helge and Hilde travels. In every room of this cosy retreat you can help but noticing a collection of objects collected from the US, a totem, a large bull head, a map of Maine but also more local additions such as reindeer antlers.

For Kids
Hours of fun in the snow at your doorsteps, sledging and skiing from Vegglifjell alpine slope.

To Discover
